Troubleshooting

  • A new version is live - reload to keep everything working: press Reload at a quiet moment. A tab left on an old version is the usual reason a button seems to do nothing.
  • You cannot see something the others can: the DM shows things player by player. Ask them in Chat.
  • Your character is not in the list: the DM has not set it up yet. Press Ask your DM in Chat.
  • The sign-in link did not work: it works once, for about an hour, on the device that asked for it. Ask for a new one, or set a password. See Signing in.
